Because of the vote on tie from #19 to #25 which received 8 votes, I decided include the top 25 tweeple instead of the top 20 that will be carry over to the 2nd round of voting system which will kick-off this week.

Congrats to the top 25 tweeple who are included in the list but this is just round 1. see you on the 2nd round!

    Thanks for the post. I think the list shows that Twitter is yet to really penetrate the minds of UAE internet users. I'm sure it will happen eventually. It's an incredibly powerful tool.
